This crinkle cotton shirt is  peasant style. It has a round neckline with a center tie element. It has two tiers starting at the bust line. The hemline is swing style... almost freestyle. The short sleeves have a tiny bit of a ruffle hem.

They come all twisted up like a donut. This keeps the pleats in place. When you open them up hang them to allow the fabric to relax.
