Tinalak is made from the fibers of the Abaca plant in the small village of T'boli in the Philippines. It is a hand woven Ikot fabric involving an intricate dying process. The front flap has a snap closure. It has an over the shoulder strap of the same fabric. Inside it has a quilted lining with a pocket.
