Kitty's cowboy hat is made of 100% paper braid with a wire in the rim allowing you to shape the rim any way you like!  There is a gold metal feather charm embellishing the front of the band.  It is crushable for easy packing.  There is an elastic band inside allowing you to adjust the fit. The bill is 3.25".
