How does it work?

Featuring your favourite hotels, restaurants and bars, Park Hotel Group Gift Mall offers a wide range of gift cards featuring stay, wine & dine and lifestyle experiences as well as gift cards. Simply select your preferred gift card, make your payment online and receive your gift card via email instantly.

How will I receive the gift card?

Once the purchase is approved and transaction is completed, the gift card will be sent as a PDF to the recipient's email address instantly.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Redemptions on the gift card must be made in advance and is subject to availability. Please refer to the redemption instructions on your gift card.

To redeem on your gift card, please call or email the hotel, restaurant, or bar directly to make a dining reservation or to book your hotel stay. When making your reservation, indicate to the that a gift card will be used to redeem or offset your payment. Gift card should be presented on arrival. A printed version of your gift card is not required.

Who can use the gift card?

Gift card recipients can make reservations on behalf of their family and friends using the gift card. Redemptions must be made with the gift card code and the relevant email that is associated the gift card. All correspondence related to the redemption will be done via the email belonging to the gift card recipient.

Do I have to spend all of the value in the gift card at once?

Yes, any unused balance will not be refunded.

What do I do if I did not receive my gift card?

If you’ve made a successful purchase but have yet to receive your gift card, please firstly check your Junk and Spam email folders. You may contact us at gifts@parkhotelgroup.com for further assistance on missing gift cards.

Do the gift cards expire?

Yes, each gift card has an expiry date. Please see the terms & conditions of your gift card listing for more details.

What should I do if I need an extension of expiry date on my gift cards?

If your gift card or voucher has not expired yet at the point of inquiry, please contact us at gifts@parkhotelgroup.com.

If your gift card has already expired at the point of inquiry, we are unfortunately unable to extend its expiry date.

Can I make a bulk purchase?

Our gift cards are ideal for corporate and personal gifting! Email us at gifts@parkhotelgroup.com to enjoy some bulk savings when you wish to make a minimum purchase of 10 gift cards.

Available payment methods include: Company Invoice, Cheque, Bank Transfer, and PayNow.

Can I purchase gift cards using PARK$?

No, PARK$ cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

How can I earn PARK$ from purchasing the gift cards?

PARK$ will not be issued for gift card purchases. However, you can earn PARK$ from gift card redemptions at participating hotels, restaurants, and bars.
