Sizing is very open on this vest since it has deep armholes and is loose-fitting. Small: 4-8, Medium 10-12, Large: 12-16

It is 95% Polyester & 5% Spandex allowing for a comfy stretch. It's a joy to travel with since it never wrinkles.

We machine wash on gentle cycle, cold water & line dry.
